These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services (the "Service") provided by Incremento Limited ("Spring Prompt", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Spring Prompt provides benchmarks, evaluations and prompt-engineering tools. We may add, change or remove features, and the Service is currently offered as a closed beta, which may contain bugs and may change or be discontinued.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• Don't submit content you don't have the right to use, or that is harmful or illegal.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, test cases and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to it.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, benchmarks, content and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

Beta, disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law & contact
